Its NASBA-accredited CPE courses for data and finance professionals offer an excellent way to stay up-to-date with industry standards. NASBA is an association dedicated to serving the 55 state boards of accountancy and regulates the practice of public accountancy in the United States of America.

Learners can access CPE credits for the following five courses:

DataCamp courses have three difficulty levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. These align with the three difficulty levels from NASBA: basic, intermediate, and advanced. Beginner courses do not have a prerequisite unless otherwise specified on the course page.

DataCamp is actively working to extend its accreditation across its extensive course library. If you are interested in acquiring CPE credits for other courses, you can submit DataCamp’s courses for CPE credit through manual reporting. Note that this depends on the rules set by your state’s licensing authority. Because requirements differ from one state to another, the following resources may help you understand the necessary steps:

We encourage you to contact your professional organization or licensing board for detailed guidance on the manual submission process. If you don’t need CPE credits, remember that DataCamp provides certificates of completion for completed courses and learning tracks. Finally, DataCamp offers recognized certifications as proof of ongoing skill development.

Note: State boards of accountancy have the final say on whether individual courses qualify for CPE credit. If you have concerns about a registered sponsor, you may file a complaint through the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
