DataCamp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team in New York City. The right person will get excited about driving referrals, creative sourcing, and running career fair / employment branding events to name a few things! He or she will also feel comfortable with recruitment coordination and onboarding, and be excited to help out with the office management of a growing startup.


  • Assist in managing the full life cycle recruitment for all open US positions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers to develop and execute on multiple hiring strategies and screening processes
  • Provide an exceptional customer candidate experience for our applicants
  • Find applicants by driving referrals, sourcing using LinkedIn and the web, posting jobs on our career site and on job boards
  • Ensure coordination and data integrity in our recruitment process by using our ATS Greenhouse
  • Support the development and execution of all career fairs and employment branding events
  • Work with hiring managers to onboard new employees
  • Help out on an ad-hoc basis with office management and HR related tasks


  • 1+ years’ experience in-house or agency recruitment either as a contractor or in a full time capacity
  • Extremely detailed orientated with a real competitive focus on filling jobs
  • Proven track record of sourcing talent across a variety of tech roles, i.e. engineers, product managers, sales and customer success profiles
