Meet Your New and Improved DataCamp Navigation

We’re excited to launch a new version of DataCamp navigation that makes it easier for you to achieve your learning goals—whether it’s closing one’s skill gaps or managing a group.

Switch between modes in just one click

Managing groups might be a time-consuming and tedious task, especially when it's an added responsibility at work. The new navigation aims to simplify the admin experience and minimize the time needed to complete your tasks.

Starting from June 9th, admins can access various groups by simply using a dropdown menu in the sidebar navigation. And we’re just getting started. In the coming weeks, we will enable a new feature allowing admins to switch between learning and group management modes in just one click.

All your learning in one place

Learning a new skill can be difficult, but it can be particularly challenging when you’re surrounded by constant distraction. To help you stay focused, we wanted to design an effective learning environment that encompasses all learning-related items you need to succeed. Over the next months, we will move all your assignments, custom tracks, and the leaderboard to the Learner Home.

Drill down into individual performance

Earlier this year we launched the Skill Matrix to give admins and managers an at-a-glance view of learners’ skill assessment scores and progress over time. To help you uncover even more insights, in the coming months we will make the Skill Matrix more robust by enabling a detailed view of learners’ progress and allowing admins to assign recommendations directly from the Skill Matrix.

We can’t wait to make these updates live. Our mission is to help people and organizations get ahead using the power of their data, and we are excited to make another step forward to achieving it with the new DataCamp navigation.
