HR Analytics in Power BI

In this Power BI case study, the purpose is to explore a dataset for a fictitious software company, delving deeper into the issue of attrition and the factors that influence it. This analysis will help the organization determine what steps to take to retain more employees.

For this project I decided to create a Power BI report accessible via HR Analytics.

This project enabled me to develop my skills in Power Query, DAX Measures and Power BI Service. Improvements are underway to create a navigation menu and more in-depth analyses.
