The company comprises of 3 departments with a total number of 1,233 active employees, most of them being males with an average age of 29 years.

Most employees have Bachelors degrees which shows how job roles are independent of educational qualifications.

The ethnicity of employees are predominantly whites and african americans.

Over the last 10 years, job satisfaction levels have been dynamically changing. From 2013 to 2016, the vast majority of employees have been satisfied with their jobs. In 2017, there was an increase in dissatisfaction levels which could have been due to several factors. In 2018, job satisfaction increased up until 2021 where there was a high rate of dissatisfaction among employees. This could have been due to the impact of the aftermath of the covid pandemic. Employees had better job satisfaction in 2022. The overall job satisfaction in the last 10 years shows that, more employees have been satisfied with their job roles sharing a very close margin with unsatisfied employees.

The job roles with the highest salaries are managers or those in HR while the tech professionals are being paid lower, which does not reflect a balance in salaries for an IT company.

Over 16% of of the employees resigned with 56.12% from the technology department. This analysis show that they left because they were underpaid.

More males resigned from the company as opposed to other genders.

From the analysis, it is evident that employees between the ages of 22 to 29 years had the highest attrition rates.

Employees that spent more years in the company have lower chances of resigning, meaning that the shorter the years spent in the company, the higher the chances of resigning and vice versa.
