An overall attrition rate of 16.12% is high, even for the tech industry with an average rate of 13.2%. We can also see here a majority of attrition comes from employees who have been at the company for less than 2 years.
I would suggest examining the avenues for continuing support and development of employees. Data scientists, software engineers, and sales roles seem to be affected most.
Job satisfaction seems to be mostly uniform with the exception of there being not many 1s, but almost 50% of employees rating 2 or 3 isn't great and may be worth looking into. There don't seem to be differences across departments.
