As an FP&A Analyst, my role contributes by: Conducting regular financial reports and analysis: reporting weekly cash flow, verifying P&L and balance sheets, supporting management forecasting and budgeting. Providing Financial Performance Insights based on precise and relevant reporting. Developing financial models, importing and creating relationships between different data sources using Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Transforming datasets into dashboards and reports, using PowerPoint and Power BI to provide clear insights for management meetings. Creating automated controls and deploying data transformations in Power Query, PivotTables, and DAX.

As an architect in a multidisciplinary team, I was responsible for managing the entire design process from concept to obtaining a building permit. My responsibilities included: ️ Creating architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects based on market, site, and functional analyses. Managing the entire design process, including consultations with investors. Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Developing detailed architectural plans and visualizations to communicate project concepts and progress to team and investors.
