Head of Operations

I was invited to join Unya with the mission of leading the implementation and operational management of urban microhubs, focusing on the efficient distribution of food products and enabling same day and next day delivery solutions. The main objective was to provide food brands with an agile and reliable delivery experience on their e-commerce channels and delivery platforms (UberEats, Glovo and Bolt Food). - Coordination of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficient execution of daily operations and maintenance of quality standards. - Implementing continuous improvements that resulted in an increase in operational efficiency, ensuring agile deliveries and a reduction in operating costs. - Planning and executing projects to expand and adapt Unya's operations in new markets, aligning logistics strategies with local needs. - Continuous analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing actions to maximize productivity and service quality. - Creation of detailed reports and analytical databases (Looker), providing valuable insights for stakeholders and external partners. → +80,000 deliveries made, with a 99% success rate. Over 40% growth in annual revenue.

- Creation of reports and dashboards (Looker) to monitor KPIs and key metrics, as well as ad hoc requests from management teams. - Providing data-based insights to support decision-making, such as comparing products in categories vs. visits, analyzing the performance of each partner in the Marketplace and Price Comparator, among many others. - Analysis and optimization of Marketplace performance data, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and sales. - Collaboration with development teams to implement Marketplace features that improved the user experience and conversion. - Support in data automation projects to optimize analytical processes.

Account Manager

I joined KuantoKusta to manage accounts and sell advertising space. With a client portfolio of over 200 stores, my job was to manage accounts such as Worten, Fnac, Radio Popular and El Corte Inglês, promoting an increase in their results. - Integrated the partner product catalog, managing expectations between the partner and the content team. - Analysed and optimized the partners' CPCs to improve their positioning in the product listings and highlight areas. - Managed campaigns between the Marketing team and Partners, defining offers, negotiating products and discounts. - Created partnerships with Media Agencies to boost sales of advertising space on KuantoKusta (takeovers, banners, email marketing, etc.). → +20% growth in turnover through advertising space and optimization of partners' CPC.

RHmais | Jan 2010 - May 2013

Customer support

While studying at university, I joined RHmais, providing services to NOS. This experience allowed me to develop skills in customer service and relationship management in a dynamic environment. - Customer support and solving technical and commercial problems. - Back-office management and administrative support. - Customer loyalty and contract renegotiation, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. → +90% retention rate for customers who wanted to move to another operator.
