• Responsible for 64% decrease in incidents related to Microsoft Intune by guiding and providing training sessions to the ServiceDesk in troubleshooting user issues. • Developed and delivered IT training program for new hires, resulting in a 30% reduction in onboarding time and a 15% increase in productivity within the first 6 months. • Report issues, advances made, and other important information to stakeholders. • Develop test plans, test design specifications and test cases to meet business requirements and test software to ensure proper operation. • Identify risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the company's IT framework. • Advise management on weak points, avenues for improvement, and risks in the company's IT infrastructure. • Contributed to the migration of the company's Office app suite on-premises IT infrastructure to the Microsoft cloud by receiving trainings and sharing it with other related IT teams, • Strategize with other key stakeholders on how to best align IT systems with company objectives. • Managed a cross-functional team of developers and analysts to deliver ready to use applications. • Develop functional specifications, scope documentation, business requirements and use case documents for software development. • Ensured that SITA incidents are worked on efficiently without any IT related disruptions and meeting the SLA set on a monthly basis. • Provide resolution of incidents (of varying complexity) and requests and ensure knowledge transfer to L1/L2 teams. • Create and present monthly report using Power BI and QlikView for Office365 service review and SITA incidents review.
