Business Analyst

- Supported the data warehouse, coordinating the business transition from SQL Server Reports to Power BI using Microsoft DevOps. - Led the data warehouse daily scrums and biweekly sprint reviews. - Managed projects with Microsoft DevOps and Smartsheet’s Work Breakdown Structure, created and updated user stories and tasks and created weekly status reports for leadership. - Facilitated requirements gathering sessions around the transition from SRS to Power BI reporting. - Used SQL Server Management Studios to map reporting requirements (columns and tables with report fields) for developers. - Used Microsoft Access and SQL to fulfill ad hoc reports requests. - Tested Power BI reports for data accuracy and report functionality by exporting Excel spreadsheets and analyzing data sets. - Used Miro to map IT and communications processes. - Completed weekly Consultant hours and Service Analysis reports. - Created training guides and videos for the company’s claims application project and time and attendance software. - Developed the Digital Accessibility kit which is a guide that provides instructions on how to create accessible content like presentations, reports, and videos. - Developed SharePoint pages and assisted with SharePoint update ad hoc requests.
