Onboard the student, understand their profile and requirements in detail Develop and refine the pipeline of students signing up on the platform based on metrics defined on the CRM Maintain detailed notes on each student’s profile, their engagement calendar, effective follow-ups with respective stakeholders Student Advisement: Assist them with program and intake related inquiries Review admit/offer letters for accuracy on student & program information and take note of necessary deadlines to ensure efficient application process Help resolve pre-application issues and review their documents to submit quality profile summary Provide advisement to student on alternative program options that meet their interests and educational backgrounds Engagement & Interface: Keep an oversight on the engagements between students and stakeholders involved in their journey on the platform Collaborate with mentor team, university recruitment team, B2B team to address students’ requirements Maintain a dashboard of progress of students in the engagement and enrolment process Student Success: Progress in a strictly student-centric manner from stage to stage post sign-up Maintain a dashboard of student’s progress at each stage, effectively follow-up and communicate selection & lending decisions empathetically Close the loop for all stakeholders with respect to the offer the student finalises towards the end.
