Senior Channel Analyst

Led and participated in key activities for Channel North America Operations.  Subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud fusion for North America, E2Open SCD and Analytics  Data lead for warehouse transition project from FedEx Lockbourne to TD SYNNEX Groveport  Led the ERP system transition of VR Racks finished goods from LES to Oracle Cloud.  Built multi-functional reports and defined key metric models to monitor Inventory level, financial targets, Safety stocks and KPIs  Prepare and analyze weekly Supply and Demand data based on Customer Request Date for the Team to use to identify flowrate, movement, growth, and trends.  Used multiple tools like SQL, Power BI and Excel for analysis needed to support all tasks and functions listed. o Initial analysis done in SQL by joining multiple tables and including aggregations (GROUP BY) and clauses (WHERE, HAVING). o Created additional analysis in Excel and Power BI using Power Query to pull data from multiple sources, including SQL. o Created visualizations summarizing the analysis and insights in both Excel and Power BI (interactive dashboards) that were used by the entire organization including Senior and middle management, analysts, and buyers.

Master Scheduler

Created Implemented and maintained the Master Schedule for Bath and Body Works’ Wallflower and Scentportable products.  Established one piece flow process from Batching fragrance to Production run (filling/packing) on the floor.  Established a Kitting process by identifying the unique materials and QOH before the Production run.  Systematized the scheduling process – was able to lower down the Sales order backlog from 3.7M in a 3 month period and continuously hit the Customer green score card by achieving an OTD score higher than 98%.  Worked closely with Customer service, production, purchasing, warehouse/ logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials in order to support production and finished goods shipment. o Adjusted Machines needed and  of Production days to match production requirements based on demand.  Standardized the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning document to better understand Available-To-Promise to the customer.  Standardized and systematized a process for creating Bills of Material.  Provided training to Production teams on supply chain processes, procedures and systems.  Managed demand variation resulting from forecast error, inventory discrepancies and changes in customer requirements.  Utilized Excel and other tools to conduct analyses to improve forecast accuracy for long lead time materials.

managed the Planning function for the work cell group.  Worked with the Business Unit Manager to do the following: o Set production and revenue forecasts based on customer demand.  Assessed feasibility of forecast and communicated any issues to the customer. o Adjusted Manpower levels to match production requirements based on customer demand.  Worked closely with production, purchasing, warehouse/logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials in order to support production and finished goods shipment. Established and coordinated a method for implementing permanent changes by the customer to the product as it related to materials, processes, systems or information. This included the following.  Ensured proper lot identification.  Uploaded and updated system and set effective dates based on feasible implementation dates.  Cost Impact analysis (Rework cost, Obsolete Materials). o Systematized ECN tracking process. Identified $69,000 in claims. This included $33,000 in closed status and $36,000 in ongoing status.  Revision Implementation Checklist.  Held weekly meetings with the internal team and customer to discuss the status of all ECNs.

Led and participated in key activities for the manufacturing site.  Sales and Operations Planning - Participated in the monthly S&OP Executive Meeting.  Master Production Schedule - Reflected Available to Promise to the customer – provided information on build quantity and shipment date.  Production Daily Dispatch Planning – Set daily production plan for multiple lines based on capacity and orders. o Facilitated weekly MPS meeting with sites to review production plans, capacity, sales and any events that could affect commitments to the customer.  Materials Replenishment Planning.  Inventory Management - Created a more responsive and accurate production schedule that supported on-time delivery and inventory target of supported sites.

Operation Planning Analyst, Therm-O-Disc, Inc.

Established and maintained a realistic, executable, stable and time-phased production schedule that met the customer’s needs. Supported all Therm- O-Disc production sites. Support included the creation and maintenance of the master production schedules, daily finished goods production scheduling, production forecasting, and materials replenishment planning. Key Achievements:  Created a more responsive and accurate materials requirement that supported just-in-time delivery and inventory management of supported sites.  Led the Operations Planning Analyst group in expanding their responsibility for Materials Requirement Planning from one to three production sites. This led to the group assuming this responsibility for additional sites.  Maintaining component parameters and modifiers.  Developed and created work instructions and training programs (including timely revisions, as appropriate) to be able to maintain a high-level of customer service.  Trained newly hired associates.  Played a key role in shaping several reports in the newly rolled out Oracle system. o Assisted in the development of production, sales and inventory reports. o Identified and communicated data integrity issues in several reports.  Facilitated training for Oracle migration. o Developed training manuals. o Trained associates in the use of the Oracle system.

Key Achievements:  Conducted meetings in order to identify pertinent issues regarding production plans and customer orders. Worked with the Officer/Supervisor and other team members to develop action plans as required.  Well versed on the process flow of Main Assembly Planning. Served as a backup for colleagues in the area of Production and Inventory Control.  Checked feasibility of customers’ pull in requests and executed necessary planning and actions with proper documentation.  Developed and created work instructions and training programs for associates’ tasks.  Participated in a company assigned committee, and also Kaizen, 5S, Safety and Quality Control Circle events.

Managed the overall activity of the Quality Section. Ensured 100% inspection based on set capacity and standards of the company. Was in-charge of scheduling daily activities of colleagues based on workload and product prioritization. Key Achievements:  Monitored movement of all Girbaud products from arrival to store delivery.  Ensured that all inspection reports tallied with the warehouse receiving report.  Monitored productivity and performance of the QC inspector to ensure efficiency of the inspection process.
