This initiative significantly reduces losses by preventing customers from retaining glasses, ultimately saving costs and enhancing maximum production capacity. • Report Warehouse Operations to Warehouse Manager: Regularly communicate with the warehouse manager, providing updates on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and any issues or improvements needed for optimization.

As a warehouse officer I collaborated with the Audit Manager and Warehouse Manager to implement Google Drive and Sheets for data entry, simplifying warehouse operations, making data entry paperless, reducing data loss risks, and contributing to cost savings I also coordinated training sessions for warehouse officers on these tools. • Daily stock management: Responsible for conducting stock counts of finished goods and empties on the floor and in trucks, reporting findings to the warehouse supervisor, and ensuring accurate documentation. • Efficient logistics coordination: As the leader of truck loading and warehouse operations, I organized truck loading, reconciled data, managed returning truck offloading, handled glass bottle transfers to production, and supervised staff for glass flavour sorting. This ensured 98% on-time deliveries and reduced production downtime, boosting capacity and saving costs.

I proactively gathered and prepared reports on transactions between the Warehouse department and stakeholders, aligning with company and department objectives. The task involved daily collection and updates of all empty glass transactions related to trade and production. As a result, this meticulous tracking and reporting process not only ensured accurate record-keeping but also facilitated timely identification and reporting of discrepancies, contributing to improved transparency and efficiency within the department

Audit officer

n collaboration with the Audit Manager, I initiated the action of implementing a resorting mechanism for rejected glass products to prevent the wastage of good or sound glass after rejection. My task involved setting up the process and overseeing its execution. The result was remarkable: we successfully retained 2,000 crates of good glasses, resulting in substantial cost savings for the company. From February 2020 to September 2020, this initiative saved the company a significant amount of 30,000 Ghana cedis, demonstrating its immediate and substantial impact on cost efficiency. • Reporting and communication: Prepared concise and informative weekly and quarterly audit reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. • Monitoring and reporting: Responsible for reporting the daily production of empty glass returns to the warehouse, monitoring fuel, raw materials, stores, promotion items, spare parts, transporter agreements, f leet verification, warehouse and production glass breakage reports, and reviewing monthly security attendance. • Conducted comprehensive audits to ensure the maintenance of health and safety standards across all departments, identifying and addressing any non-compliance issues promptly
