Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer, I am responsible for managing and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. My core duties include bandwidth management to prevent congestion and optimize data flow, as well as IP address management to maintain seamless network communication. I actively participate in planning and building new networks, including selecting suitable SFP modules, OLTs, and modems. I also manage OLT ratios to ensure efficient distribution and performance across client connections. In addition to backend work, I occasionally assist in field deployments, including fiber optic installations directly to customer premises. Regular maintenance of servers and network software, including applying updates and patches, is part of my role to ensure system stability. I also handle network troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize uptime. Aside from my primary role, I contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as supporting digital marketing tasks and assisting with warehouse management when required. With a strong technical background, I focus on improving network scalability and performance to support business operations effectively.

Web Developer

February 2019 as a Web Developer, I worked on various projects to improve operational efficiency and IT development in the government sector. My main responsibilities included routine maintenance and troubleshooting for the organization's website, ensuring its smooth operation and responsiveness to user needs. I also contributed to enhancing content and functionality on jabarpov.go.id, improving user experience and information accessibility for the people of West Java. As part of an initiative to streamline administrative processes, I developed a specialized application for managing official letters used by civil servants. This application simplified letter management while improving transparency and accuracy in government administration. Additionally, I focused on optimizing the performance of the admin dashboard, which serves as a central control for monitoring and analyzing key organizational data. This experience not only expanded my technical skills in web and application development but also provided valuable insights into project management and IT solution implementation in a government environment.
