Head of International Data Labelling (Data Analyst)

Led large-scale, multilingual data labeling operations to support Yandex's AI and machine learning initiatives. Spearheaded the seamless migration of data markup to a third-party platform during organizational restructuring, ensuring zero downtime and operational continuity. Successfully managed the launch of Yasmina, Yandex’s voice assistant for the Arab market, delivering culturally and linguistically accurate datasets. Oversaw client operations for three major international customers, handling demand assessments, hiring for multi-language projects, and quality/speed evaluations. Optimized data workflows, improved annotation efficiency, and delivered high-quality datasets critical to NLP and AI advancements.

- Developed a program for the automatic selection of an industrial air conditioner from Rittal according to the customer's specified requirements. The program can also select an analogue among the products of other companies (Nvent, Schneider Electric, Pfannenberg, etc.). Many features of this program are unique in the Russian market and unique among all representatives of Rittal. - By working with requests for climate solutions accelerated the overall processing of requests in the company from 4 days to 2 days. - Successfully handled 20% of all inquiries received by the company
