I have extensive hands-on experience on reporting PEPFAR/CDC/USAID donor funded program requirements which covers data verification and validation, data entry, data quality assessment, cohort Analysis, retention, audit determination, database software suites (DHIS2, SPSS, DATIM, LAMIS, PowerBI, Tableau, Kobo, ODK) Gender M&E, PME/PMM tools, HFR (High frequency reporting – weekly & monthly), NDR, NMRS - EMR as well as donor reporting. I show heightened competences on data analysis, data profiling, interpretation, dissemination and use for program/clinical audits and publications. I am familiar with the capturing and reporting monitoring and evaluation reporting indicators, which are key deliverables of programs. I actively participate in site readiness for Site Improvement through monitoring Systems (SIMS). I have hands-on experience in monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS Database management as well as nutrition Programs to enable decision making and using necessary indicators to foster programming. I Supported in developing mobile-based data collection instruments, develop and maintain database, develop data abstraction algorithm, ensure data abstracted and collected is uploaded, and perform preliminary data cleaning. I also supported the facility am backstopping for as well as the entire state team to ensure real-time daily update of services provided to clients into the Facility EMR/NMRS. I also ensured effective and efficient high-quality documentation in the EMR for patient information and all Quality-of-Care data fields especially for Regimen, Viral Load, enrollment settings, EAC, DMOC, OTZ, IPT services. I possess vast experience in the different models implemented during the COVID-19 response, describe experiences of the beneficiaries and providers, determine outcomes on key indicators (retention in care, viral suppression) and analyze the cost-effectiveness of the various DSD models. Working with my M&E team, I have shown heightened level of leadership, developed initiatives to aid improve project indicators. Have also being involved in training, advocacy, and capacity building on data management for Project personnel.

Monitoring And Evaluation/ Health informatics/ system Analyst

 Support the Health Informatics Manager in scaling up the LAMIS EMR to report and track new program demands Like reporting of HTS on NDR, PrEP and MHPSS reporting.  Supports the implementation of all monitoring and evaluation activities for HALG KP-CARE 1 project.  Supervise and coordinate the collection of accurate monitoring reports from the health facilities (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annually) on all required indicators.  Support the development and refinement of Monitoring and Evaluation materials.  Collect and collate monthly SDF reports for designated sites and send feedbacks.  Manage and provide training for data analysis at the service delivery outlets  Support with the development of tools to improve monitoring and evaluation, KPI reporting and knowledge management capacity at the national and state levels for tracking PPH response strengthening in the facilities.  Support state team members to review the implementation of robust performance management frameworks for core PPH response innovations, and in the timely submission of regular reports.  Review M&E data regularly with program staff at the national and state level to ensure that the program is accomplishing its objectives and corrective actions are taken if required.  Produce detailed analyses of demographic, epidemiological, and programmatic data as needed by Country Office program team and work closely with other Outcome and Evaluation team members to develop analysis-based recommendations for improved program implementation at state level.  Develop dissemination materials, including reports, presentations, briefs and visualizations.  Support state team in data reporting activities including consolidation of relevant data and evidence of impact.

 Work with the M&E team in all aspects of program monitoring by periodic data collection, data verification and data analyzing from partners.  Participate in preparation and the process of program’s outcome level situation and impact studies (baseline and end-line)  Facilitate to strengthen Data Quality Assurance System for partners by DQA tools  Develop and maintain database system to ensure program tracking and to get critical information of program achievement by organizing, analyzing, and presentation.  Identify the needs and provide technical supports on data management system, and M&E for partners’ organization.  Participate in the implementation and updating of M&E policy and guidelines for MEC in-line with HALG and Donor Organizations  Assist and participate in M&E trainings to staff and partners on M&E Systems and data analysis in liaison with Implementing Partners  Conduct monitoring visits to partners’ (One Stop Shops & Local Implementing Partners) project sites and review partners’ M&E system.  Work with the M&E team for reviewing periodic reports and give feedbacks to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.  Ensure that findings, lessons learned, and analysis of impacts from across the projects and components which promotes learning and strategy development.  Support Documentation, Reporting, Knowledge Sharing and Effective Feedback Mechanism  Support coordination of the response monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual reviews  Participated in field monitoring, data validation and data quality assurance for the achievement of results.  Ensured availability of quality, timely, and complete information that guides the program.  Monitored achievement of recommended performance indicators (RPI) & key performance indicators (KPI)  Provided evidence through the triangulation of different data available and guide the program.  Built capacity of government and in-house staff in data management, through formal and on-job training.  Supported the data management activities with technological innovations such as mobile based data collection and real time data visualization, documents and analyze report from field.  Provided feedback to the project coordinator and partners on project outputs and outcomes.  Reports monthly, quarterly, or as may be desired by the funders on all project activities.  Assisted the project personnel with M&E tools and support its use.
