This role involves the creation of interactive BI dashboards and reports, integrating diverse data sources for accessibility. Presenting reports, ensuring clear insights for all users, and conducting data analysis to provide insightful and actionable information. Collaborating on BI requirements, supporting data democratization, and auditing data quality. Contributing to product improvements based on data findings, while also highlighting any data issues and offering solutions to relevant stakeholders.

Business Intelligence Analyst

A role with particular focus on increasing management information visibility for colleagues at every level of the company. Key responsibilities: Building data models for developing KPI dashboards and automated reports with QlikView and its cloud version, QlikSense. Collaborating with end users to ensure greater visibility of operations and actions are taken as a result. Optimising applications from backend scripts, reload timings through frontend management consoles and exploring new functionality.

Portal Analyst

A varied role with a focus on online portal data analysis and management. RW Invest has a large portfolio of properties displayed on multiple web portals for the purpose of lead generation. I developed and managed a data led strategy and coordination of advertising on Zoopla, Rightmove, OnTheMarket, Boomin and NewHomesForSale. Microsoft PowerBI followed by Tableau allowed me to develop my strategy. Interviewed and trained my successor to continue this strategy.
