Focusing on but not limited to: -Impact: Through effective management and product analysis, I achieved a mere 0.008% product loss as a percentage of total annual sales for Fiscal Year 2023, showcasing meticulous oversight and minimizing financial impact. I provided comprehensive training to a new employee from another company, enabling them to successfully lead the department while embodying company values. This effort directly contributed to their advancement from Supervisor to Assistant Department Manager. - Staff Leadership: Lead by example, and by accountability.
