Product Surveillance Analyst

Responsible for carrying out report definition, data management, and analysis activities related to complaint handling, supplier quality, PLM reporting, and other Quality Systems related assignments. Provide global statistical support for all data management and analysis activities related to complaint handling, supplier quality, PLM reporting, and other Quality Systems related assignments. Recommend methods to combine data from separate computer files for the purpose of analyzing data to support product quality trending and management requested reports. Develop graphical summaries of aforementioned data for management review. Assist in software specification, set up and configuration. Manage statistical control process and techniques for process and product capability. Develop inputs, calculation methodology, and analysis requirements/criteria for Quality System related reports. Assist in collecting, summarizing, writing and editing results of data analysis to support product investigations, CAPA, field actions, and other Quality System related assignments. In collaboration with other staff, design statistical sections of DOE protocols, power and sample calculations, and makes suggestions for appropriate study design and analysis related to complaint handling or supplier quality management. Instruct and supervise other personnel in statistical methods and data management techniques, including mapping, merging and updating existing databases as well as in the design of new databases. Provide tabular and written summaries of analysis in a form suitable for inclusion in complaint investigation files, reports to Regulatory Agencies and Notified Bodies, and Management Review reports; assists with the design of report forms and other data collection instruments for Quality System use.

NPI Quality Assurance Technician

Review documentation to determine specifications for in process or completed material or products. Develop procedures (inspection criterion and quality process specifications) that are reviewed by management. Check dimensions. Perform gage calibration and out of specification (OOS) gage investigations. Inspect parts to mechanical drawing ensuring tolerances are maintained using appropriate inspection tools and following approved inspection criteria. Ensure accuracy, revision level and validity of paperwork, documentation and inspection tools required. Use all group I measuring devices and CMM as well as specialized gauges and measuring equipment. Utilize specialized QA programming and software as well as specified lab equipment. Assist operators in determining inspection procedures for a specific part or product. Train new employees or cross trains existing employees. Complete documentation: verify completeness of work order and release to shipping. Provide Process Improvement Feedback to Management regarding inspection methods and criteria. Perform root cause analysis and assists in determining and implementing appropriate preventative actions and corrective actions. Perform other tasks as directed by Management.
