Data Analyst

Data analyst in the commercial and billing sector of a company with 70 hair removal centers throughout Spain. My responsibility is to collect and transform data from various sources to generate reports and dashboards to evaluate business data and make informed decisions. I consult the data through Pivot Tables and Cubes (Excel), customer data (CRM), and Product Data (SQL) to perform internal reports. I build control panels in Power BI Desktop with those sources, using filters, segmenters, calculated measures, and charts to display KPIs. I use visual reports from data collection to identify trends and make informed decisions
