• Responsible for the Online Banking (non-plastic) portfolio of Barclays’ fraud prevention system, involving strategic long-term optimisations alongside rapid responses to new fraud attacks • Developed my leadership capabilities by taking on line manager responsibility, effectively balancing my report’s development alongside the needs and goals of the team • Coordinated the deployment of a new third party model into the fraud prevention system, managing internal and external stakeholders needs whilst ensuring Analytics could make full use of the tool on Day 1 • Consistently made time for new colleagues through a time of rapid expansion for the team, ensuring new joiners feel welcome and providing coaching on the processes, systems and software we used.
