Payment Fraud Data Analyst

Performed deep-dive analyses of over $2 billion credit card transactions per month via SQL, R, and Python, to identify risk patterns and trends. Took data-driven actions by creating and updating fraud rules and policies, preventing over $71 million fraud losses per year. Created interactive dashboards and visualizations and automated reporting using Python, R, and Databricks to track key performance metrics and trends. Built complex pricing and financial models using Python, R, and Excel to guide the contract renewals and upsell for strategic accounts, contributing to a 136% increase in revenue. Collaborated with Data Science and Fraud Intelligence teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning model performance, and engineer new features for better fraud detection.
