Coordination with the consortium partners, government, and private stakeholders 4. Communication material development like success stories, case studies, IEC materials, flyers, and other materials as per USAID's Graphic Standards Manual and Partner Co-branding Guide 5. Knowledge management of all FGD reports, activity reports, assessments, and project documents 6. Quarterly budget analysis to prevent an over-utilization or under-utilization of funds 7. Labor market analysis to look for new entrepreneurial opportunities 9. Engagement with the private sector for the economic development of host community youths 10. Periodical review of policies for compliance issues My work under this project primarily focuses on skill development & youth development by implementing livelihood-based activities in Cox's Bazar. The pandemic allowed me to think outside the box, and work on areas that synced perfectly with my areas of interest. One of those areas was online education content design strategy. This project is specifically designed for the host community youths (14-35) who were adversely affected by the Rohingya/ FDMN influx. As an accomplishment, we enrolled 11,000 Bangladeshi youths within our TVET training program which keep making headlines as changemakers in the rural parts of Cox's Bazar.

As a Lawyer, I assisted in preparing PILs (Public Interest Litigations) and also followed up on the pending PILs and whether injunction orders were properly being observed by law enforcement. I also met with stakeholders from both government and the community to see how each of them is reciprocating the changes that were brought on by the onset of the PIL.
