I have volunteered my time to researching online images for various sections of the UN & Business Partnerships website. This website provides a user friendly way for business to understand more about how and why the UN is working with the private sector and offer a single automated process for corporations who wish to partner. The photos I selected have shown such partnerships in action and have therefore helped inspire business leaders to get involved with addressing a wide range of global issues, such as world hunger, HIV/AIDS and climate change.

My responsibility was to provide a competent and friendly support service to over 1.6million Irish customers. During my tenure there, the call centre had won the most coveted award in the Irish Customer Care Industry, as best call centre in Ireland. I too achieved quite a lot in this short term, culminating in being offered a developed contract. My duties involved helping both Individuals and Corporate accounts through a wide range of possible problems they may have with their account. I had also began junior training on becoming a Technical Sales Specialist.
