Computer Vision Intern

Worked as a Computer Vision Intern focusing on designing, implementing, and deploying AI solutions to address real-world challenges. During the internship, I gained hands-on experience in computer vision, machine learning, and image processing while contributing to multiple impactful projects: Teeth Disease Classification: Built and deployed a deep learning model to classify dental diseases, enabling healthcare professionals to improve diagnosis and treatment. Flood Rapid Mapping (Image Segmentation): Applied image segmentation techniques on optical data to rapidly map flood-affected areas, supporting disaster management efforts. Shoplifting Detection: Developed a computer vision system to detect shoplifting behavior in retail environments, enhancing security and monitoring capabilities. This internship strengthened my skills in model development, image segmentation, and deployment pipelines, while also enhancing teamwork, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
