Leading the customer operation platform including a CRM application, B2B & B2C web apps, AI implementations, and several APIs. - 30% cost reduction: Reduced the cost of CS requests from service providers by promoting an online self-service mindset. - AI Initiative & Launching ML Image Solutions: Led the company's AI initiative, identifying potential scenarios for customer support processes. Implemented the first AI Image tool(AWS Rekognition) to handle 48k documents per month. - Sentiment Analysis Implementation: Developed sentiment analysis for customer support requests, and provided a holistic view of user sentiment and mood using polarity analysis in R. - Redesigned the hiring process: Introduced a new product challenge on the second step, received a 90% positive feedback rate from 20 candidates, and achieved a 50% conversion rate. - Strategic Roadmap Approach: Pioneered a goal-oriented roadmap approach, replacing features with themes/opportunities.
