As a Senior Branch Connect Officer, I was responsible for supervising the operations and enhancing the support provided to the Handelsbanken's branch network through the processing and streamlining of non-value-added processes. My responsibilities included: Supervising – Ensuring SLA’s are achieved with the highest quality Change Management - Implementing strategic and tactical changes within the Branch Connect operation. Quality Assurance – Built a robust Quality Assurance framework and a data system within the Branch Connect Operation to understand First Time Pass Rates for each centralised process.
