Handelsbanken UK’s Data and Analytics lead for the operations teams; Contact Centre, Centralised Admin, and the National Broker Intermediation teams. - Developed the first suite of analytics within the operation teams to support 3 core types of Reporting of Management Information; Employee Performance, Stakeholder Engagement, and Operations Performance. - Developed both ad-hoc and in-depth analyses to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision making for the executive committee (ExCo). -Developed and Automated Management Information reporting systems using VBA and Power Query.

Additional Projects assigned to: - I successfully managed the coordination and completion of Handelsbanken PLC’s participation in the ISS Scheme by effective communication through internal and external reporting to BCR Ltd; an Independent Government Body, and NatWest Group. - Controls Database - Led the development of a Controls Database and project documentation to ensure effective control assurance through the management of existing controls within the Product Teams. - NPC - Developed instructions for the New Product Checklist. - Financial Control - Provided expense analysis and reporting of detailed MI across the whole UK product range to the Chief Product Officer.

This was my first position at Handelsbanken, starting in the bank's Contact Centre. This position helped me gain a fundamental understanding of the organisation, its customers and culture. Achievements in the role: - Streamlined the technical troubleshooting methodology to provide efficient call management. - Developed and embedded comprehensive training materials and instructional videos to provide effective training of new starters. - Developed the Contact Centre's first MI dashboard that was presented to Senior Management during the Covid-19 pandemic to understand customer enquiries. - I aided in establishing a departmental disaster recovery location in Leeds to mitigate operational risks posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, ensuring business continuity.

Inbound Customer Sales - I was the top performer on my team, with an average conversion rate of 38%. I extended my responsibilities by offering support to the OnTheBeach marketing team with English to Swedish translations. In addition to taking ownership of producing Management Information to monitor KPI's in the Sales environment.
