Vacation Ownership Funding Company, LLC | Oct 2009 - Present

Founder and Chief Investment Officer

Created a company in partnership with Quorum Federal Credit Union to purchase timeshare loans from developers thereby filling a gap left by other lenders leaving the space during the 2008 recession. Since inception VOFCO has purchased more than $800 million in loans from 15 clients in the timeshare and RV resort spaces. Responsible for all aspects of analysis of new and existing client portfolio performance, structuring of loan purchase facilities and monitoring of client investor reporting. Participates with colleagues in due diligence of new clients and in deal structure and legal document negotiation. Maintains all client relationships for Quorum.

Wyndham Consumer Finance, Inc. | Sep 2003 - Sep 2009

Vice President Securitization

Led 14 144A term securitizations totaling $4.3 billion plus the annual renewal of the company’s ABCP conduit. The largest conduit renewal was for $1.2 billion capacity from 9 relationship banks. Managed all relationships with investment bankers, rating agencies, attorneys, swap providers, wrap providers and other deal participants. Marketed bonds to investors at ABS conferences and road shows and maintained relationships with repeat purchasers of the company’s bonds. Directed the creation of portfolio performance analytics that were appropriate for the ABS market. Professionalized the securitization function inherited from the two acquired predecessor companies and turned Wyndham into a programmatic issuer. Managed team of 3 – a director and analyst responsible for aiding in the securitization process and a director in charge of investor reporting.
