Respond to prospective customer inquiries (i.e. RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.) Responsible for end-to-end bid management process in the capacity of bid manager for the successful conversion of a proposal. Responsible for Pricing, estimation, and related commercials. Creating and managing reusable content for proposals. Studied the consumer buying behavior of consumers across 8 territories and their painting cycles through intensive market research. Analysed market share and identified market gaps,competition and key influencers with regard to these products in the current market. Delivered data-backed insights and implemented Feasible actionable plans to improve the sales and current market share of Distemper + Enamel in the Ahmedabad UPC market. Organised Van activity campaign based on the recommendation across 15 towns for a period of 10 days during the last 2 weeks of internship period in order to increase brand awareness about the products. Point of Sale Elements were established by the brand team in over 50 dealer counters in low market share regions based on the data backed recommendations.
