- Implemented SOPs to define best days and how to both recognize and report them. - Reduced measurement variability in glass color readings for amber glass by 40% utilizing measurement systems analysis. - Created tracking metrics for roll-off losses to account for missing good-ware and implemented reaction limits to stop excessive losses.

JMP Development - Automated CI Manager statistical analysis processes in JMP through add-ins. - Added furnace temperature SPC charts in JMP add-ins. - Developed a defect trigger analysis add-in for JMP.
