Co-authored all customer-facing content for product launch. Relationship management for Rock Health - connected health care startups to pilot opportunities within Kaiser Permanente. Social media engagement through @kpdigitalhealth - grew from 0 followers to 352 followers in 7 months Mobile Medication Management: Co-founded cross-department workgroup with the charter to identify external partners to accelerate solutions in medication adherence, reconciliation, management and safety. Collaboration: Evaluated and mentored promising startups in the digital health space on behalf of Kaiser Permanente innovation initiatives.

Managed the Emerging Technology Pipeline for Innovation and Advanced Technology.Through in-person exchanges with startups and established companies over 300 health and wellness related technologies have been introduced to IAT with these services. Advised internal innovators on possible use cases of technologies outside of the IT standards catalogue to support proof of concept, proof of technology or pilot projects. Shared successful innovations, technology evaluations and future opportunities with team members, innovators, business leaders, and media professionals. Work with Executive Director and Director of IAT to promote IAT services and to create a unified portfolio view of vendor innovation intelligence across Kaiser Permanente. Emerging Technology Evaluation Pipeline: Primary point of contact for over 200 companies interested in early stage innovation projects at Kaiser Permanente. Program Management: Designed and implemented innovation management process. Regional Collaboration and Co-Creation: Provided business confidential insights into product pipeline of emerging and established external vendors.
