Responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and analyzing Relationship Manager (RM) & Key Account Manager (KAM) performance for SG & MY Market to enhance business strategy and improve seller satisfaction. Highlights: ● Optimized Data Processes: Enhanced data mapping, cleaning, and input using Google Scripts and formulas, saving 15 hours bi-weekly. ● Enhanced QA Management: Developed a QA Tracker for issue categorization and a centralized QA Workflow for team training and onboarding. ● Streamlined Data Extraction: Introduced and implemented a Schedule Tracker, reducing manual screening by 90% for over 200 RMs. ● Reporting Efficiency: Created and maintained Month-to-Date and Quarter-to- Date reports, reducing manual processes by 80% and increasing reporting accuracy. ● Support and Planning: Assisted in headcount projections for the QA team, ensuring accurate forecasting in collaboration with the Business Development Performance Management team

Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve Search Engine results. The role includes handling in-house and BPO data for analysis by extracting, cleaning and organizing on a weekly or monthly basis. Highlights: ● Successfully handling and maintaining in-house data since 2020. Performed ETL process, data structuring, data pivoting, and data analysis through Google Sheets and Lark Spreadsheet that saved an estimated 4 hours-manpower weekly and 80% manual process. ● Successfully implementing data structuring of BPO Team by setting up the Excel formula to generate daily accuracy. Managed to serve 100% of clean data for further analysis. ● Successfully introduced Root Cause Analysis categories within the team and collaborated with other Search projects in implementing the process. Perform weekly and monthly Root Cause Analysis on the team and individual performance. Managed to close the gap within the operation team on the policy understanding along with identifying the top error. Successfully helped 3 out of 6 underachieving team members improve their scores through this initiative. ● Successfully conducted Policy Training for 4 different batches. Managed to train more than 15 new joiners since 2021. Day-to-day tasks: ● Work closely with multiple key-stakeholders for product improvement. ● Work in a team to ensure that all work is consistent and meeting the OKR target set by the project stakeholder. ● Performed daily audit on tasks evaluation and provided feedback of errors investigation to POC.
