Community Manager

Integral part of the Hyland Community Management team making it a vibrant place for customers to continually come back to for acquiring and sharing solutions for our products. My achievements as a technical Community Manager include the following: • Moderate 200+ OnBase, Perceptive Content and other technical community forums by ensuring that customers' questions are responded to in a timely manner and reaching out to technical experts to ask for their insight when needed. • Develop working relationships with Community Forum Owners, Moderators, SMEs, R&D, Product Managers and Customers to foster community engagement. • Collaborate with team members to devise common goals for the Community and develop MS Smartsheets for project management. • Gather daily data on community activity and report monthly metrics in the form of graphical charts.
