Leading the workforce planning and workforce management analyst groups supporting the Self-Directed division that includes a call center of ~1000 licensed and non-licensed agents and a back office (mail, chat, email, and case) agent population of ~700 across 4 sites. Implementing Anaplan to enable greater model complexity and interconnectedness with faster decision speed. Automating the tracking of over 5000 employees and their movement through contact centers to eliminate risk of manual Excel data entry.
