• Monitoring and analysing the performance of assets (solar farms), using a variety of monitoring portals. • Identify faults remotely, record them on the database and liaise with on-site technicians to carry out repairs. • Keep the clients updated on ongoing issues. • Using raw data available from monitoring portals, I calculate KPIs on a monthly basis which are showing us the performance of the assets, in order to provide an overview of long-term trends across the portfolio and for the clients. • Collate, check and share field reports with clients. • Support Commercial Team for complex warranty claims and process simple warranty claims.
