Presales Technical Assistant This involved providing our sales team assistance with technical questions from retail and business clients, assuring they had the answers needed for the customer to feel comfortable with our service. 3. Technical Support Engineer This job was both on-site & remote, installation of broadband, preparation of network equipment, triaging of customer issues & working on bespoke projects to meet requirements of clients needs and expectations.
