Developer Experience Engineer - Educational Lead

GraphAcademy, Neo4j’s free, self-paced online training platform. After a review of the previous platform and user interviews, I drew up and executed plans to launch a brand new site with an entirely new curriculum. The new site has been developed from scratch using TypeScript, Express.js, a Neo4j AuraDB backend and courses written in Asciidoc. The site uses patched versions of existing Neo4j products to teach the learner Neo4j in the same environment that they will use their skills in their day-to-day lives.

My job was to solicit feedback from users and work with the relevant departments to turn that feedback into actionable items and an improved experience for our developers.
