• Install Hardware and software configurations; maintain computer systems hardware and peripherals. • Identifies, analyzes and repairs product failures, order replacement parts as required. • Install, troubleshoot and maintain G&D automatic banknote processing and destruction systems. • Install, test, identify,repair, maintain, adjust and replace all process monitoring and control instruments such as sensors, valves, transmitters, switches, etc • Provide technical support training and basic user functionality training to customer base when required. •Work closely with field staff to implement appropriate policies to manage work flow and communication. • Provide product feedback/customer suggestions to G&D. • Interact with customer support, sales, marketing and senior management to continually evaluate and improve the product support channel strategy. • Resolve customer issues with hardware and software related issues on G&D technology. • Layout assembles installs and maintains related hydraulic and pneumatic equipments (Gauges, Valves, Pressure Regulators) and related equipments. • Carry out visual inspection for the operation of the machines and equipment that includes sections like conveyor, shredder, granulator, suction, silo, hydraulic press etc • Performs all administrative duties include record keeping, inventory management, reporting • Manages on-site inventory of tools and test equipment • Manages on-site inventory of parts and spares and co-ordinates shipment of parts for repairs
