-Develop and serve Utility Department from start up until plant running smooth. Purchase and develop dosing rate for each chemicals for the wastewater treatment plant, freshwater treatment plant as well as boiler plant, prepare SOP to operate those plants as well as troubleshooting procedures. Successfully lead and handle improvement project for raw water treatment plant. - Develop and serve Safety Department, directly deals with authorities for all related licenses, including DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, District Officer, MOH and others, until all license application approved -Serve Paper Machine (Production) Department. Ensure the targeted production can be achieve, troubleshoot the machine, monitor paper machine trends and quality, and control DCS. One of the start up team for paper machine, where ensuring each equipment running smooth. Successfully solve draw speed trends which causing sheetbreaks. -Production Planner. Process all the sales order receive for local and export and make production planning to meet the ETD. Must ensure the wastage from rewinder trim is minimized as well as the keep stock in warehouse. Must also make sure production target is achieved. Also plan for outbound, make sure all documents are correct and tonnage for each delivery order are tallied, between physical against documents. -Finish Goods Department Head. Total headcounts around 27 individuals, from rewinder to warehouse. Managed to develop Finish Goods Department from scratch and still improving the system towards Zero Tolerance. At the same time handle production planning and outbound performance. Plan for rework rolls, advise team for any machine issue. Able to ensure zero production downtime due to rewinder for more than a year, even rewinder was having a lot of mechanical issues. Solve paper quality issue caused by rewinder. Involves with Directors and Sales Team for customer visit, advise customer on production process, as well as technical aspects.
