Define system requirements, perform risk assessments, and develop testing plans for installation/operation/performance qualifications. Write and maintain user and functional specifications and other validation documentations. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with respect to software design and life cycle maintenance. Train quality personnel and collaborate with Engineering, IT, Quality Managers, Manufacturing Directors, Equipment Vendors, and Subject-Matter Experts to deliver reliable software application and equipment. Lead validation activities, make recommendations on the stability of the software prior to release, and confirm the accuracy of all installation and configuration documentation. Lead process improvement projects that includes PMT, Kaizan, and other focus groups- Teams reduced validation times, standardized and simplfied validation process by using varios tools (DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Process Flow Charts, and Affinity Diagrams) Reported and presented progression plans to management, using hoshin plan and score cards. Validated an automated labeling/printing & inspection system that increased production efficiency and decreased labor cost for vials department. Developed and implemented energy saving projects for Molding department. Created and implemented various mistake proofing ideas throughout the facility to reduce exceptions, scraps, and possible FDA 483. Implemented the SCADA System which offers state-of-the-art batch control/ monitor solutions for the aseptic syringe filling process equipments.
