QA Analyst

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Support Services Group, I am responsible for evaluating and grading customer interactions on behalf of our client, FanDuel. My role involves assessing key performance areas such as discover/listening skills, solution accuracy, adherence to procedures, soft skills, grammar and spelling, and overall professionalism in both chat and email interactions. I collaborate with the client to conduct regular calibrations, ensuring alignment between performance standards and expectations. By analyzing trends in customer-agent interactions, I provide actionable insights and feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance both individual and team performance. Using data-driven analysis, I offer strategic recommendations that support the goal of improving customer satisfaction and agent effectiveness. Through my work, I ensure that FanDuel’s customer service operations meet their high standards and deliver an exceptional experience to users, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through detailed feedback and trend analysis.
