Technical Solutions Engineer

• Supported three hospital organizations as their Epic representative specializing in the inpatient clinical space. • Met with customer IT teams regularly to guide them in troubleshooting issues, implementing new features, and building a system to best support their custom workflows. • Proactively communicated internally escalated issues to customer leadership, discussing their impact, available workarounds, and development fix timelines. • As an owner of Epic’s Early Detection of Sepsis predictive model, presented on the model to customer leadership, developed materials to help customer teams through implementation, and guided customers in building workflows to promote end-user engagement. • Regularly developed database searches for my customers and my colleagues to troubleshoot complex issues. • Mentored new Technical Solutions Engineers through their first year at Epic.
