• Analyze CE21 program data and create dashboards showing demographics, attendance, and financial performance for onsite and virtual programs. • Assist in CE21 program setup, including course structures, credit rules, pricing, and registration options. • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate CLE reporting and program records. • Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports for leadership and identify trends in member engagement and program performance. • Troubleshoot CE21 issues with staff, IT, and vendor support and recommend workflow improvements. • Provide staff training and write clear process instructions for CE21 and related program tasks.
