Product Data Associate

Moving to the Product Data Integration (PDI) team, my role focused on supporting the incorporation of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) products to the catalogue following acquisition by abcam, where I played a key role in asset creation to allow for the introduction of Azenta, a robotic storage system, as well as updating the data for thousands of products. I also supported the Product Updates stream of PDI, by carrying out product datasheet and protocol book updates in a timely manner, and resolving internal data queries, whilst maintaining communication with the relevant stakeholders.

Worked within a data readiness project team to support the review and update of current datasets to ensure data quality and completeness for the upcoming new website launch, where my actions played a key role in allowing for initial launch to market.

Laboratory Technician/Operator

Worked within a COVID-19 Lighthouse Testing lab where my role included managing samples from receipt through to sample processing and storage in line with laboratory SOPs. In this role I learnt to work well under pressure to meet targets in a high throughput lab whilst maintaining quality standards.
