Managed and quality assured the database with all indicator and evaluation data for all the programmes. Organised and delivered consultations to stakeholders from ministries and other partner organisations all over Europe, as well as training them in Results- Based Management. Managed my own portfolio of programmes, developing structured frameworks that measured progress towards our programmes’ goals. Designed and managed Dashboards and aggregated data reports with Power BI and Excel to track internal progress Wrote user stories and feature specifications for our upcoming ERP system. Worked closely with the developers and Business Analysts in helping them understand our business procedures and translate it into feature and sprint specifications. Participated in the testing of features before they were launched in production.
