Responsabilities: Maintained operational efficiency for clinics in Oklahoma, Tennessee & Virginia by meticulously analysing the eligibility status of more than 1500 patients. This critical analysis informed timely system updates, effectively preventing monetary losses. Furthermore, data insights derived from this analysis were used to enhance the accuracy of eligibility assessments and strengthen preventative measures against future discrepancies.

Responsibilities: Managed the Credentialing team in charge of all New York credentialing operations, handling over 900 healthcare providers and more than 16 healthcare groups (FQHC, hospitals, clinics, outpatient centers, etc.).
