FP&A/Controlling: · Develop and deliver weekly reporting tools, instructing Procurement and Production teams on work requirements. · Successfully implement an inventory tracker and trained teams on its usage. · Weekly reporting of Global BI with all the PC2 Dashboards. · Conduct the budget reforecasting rounds and a BP round for both Top and Bottom Lines. Accounting/Reporting: · Consistently deliver monthly and yearly accounting and reporting requirements, meeting Group Reporting deadlines and IFRS requirements (IFRS 9/15/16). · Support in the implementation of our Expense Claim, Inventory and Tax configuration in Oracle and its compliance with local regulations. · Hire and train our Senior Accountant, ensuring smooth operations of Accounts Payable. Treasury: · Monitor and maintain the financial health of the company through ongoing analysis of key performance indicators and financial statements. · Spearhead loan requests and capital increases to secure funding for strategic growth initiatives and ensure sufficient working capital for day-to-day operations. Tax: · Assure compliance by submitting taxes, including VAT, WHT, and informative declarations.
