Maintain production analysis suite; running reports for incomplete orders, precog reports, error reports, order hold reports and specialty glass report. Working with month end reports for 2 plants as a whole; Accounting and parts report and analysis. Assist production team by ensuring proper flow of information between order systems and ERP production software. WTS improvement projects and testing including weekly, monthly and yearly updates. Be the primary Help Desk for CPQ, and for windows related questions. Working with Oracle BI for reports and analysis; Assist in designing and developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Oracle BI tools to present actionable insights; Present findings and insights to relevant stakeholders. Working with SQL and SSMS to provide analysis and reports to different departments based on requests received. Assist with the migration from Kaycan to the SG network and the migration of WTS to the SG network, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
