Zumo is a crypto-infrastructure-as-a-service organisation developing regulation first software solutions for banks and fin-techs to bring consumers access to the crypto markets. Series B scale up. • Data Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable plans across marketing, compliance, finance and product. • Data Engineering: Audit, document and enhance existing ETL processes (AWS Glue & Orchestration) and integrate new data pipelines (PySpark entry level). • Data Governance: Initiated data governance program, through process of audit and documentation. Worked with extensive development team to improve data standards and understanding across the organisation.

Senior Data Analyst

Modulr (EMI) is a payment-infrastructure-as-a-service organisation, offering payment solutions to UK and EU organisations. Series C scale up. • Infrastructure project: Key team member in analytics infrastructure migration project (DOMO to Snowflake & Power BI). Responsibilities included data modelling (Kimball’s technique), collaboration with key stakeholders on current and future data needs, collaboration with data engineers to design and build new data models. • BI suite development: Improve and expand data models in order to bring value to the business, upskilling end users on Power BI through training. • Key project: Single customer view; developed single customer view model across highly complex, multiple dimension customer hierarchies to enable greater insight on wider impact of business actions. • Billing Process Optimisation Project: Re-engineered billing process for the SME sector, exploiting new data sources and analytics tool set. • Mentoring: Provided on the job training for junior analysts (SQL, Snowflake,Power BI), undertook supervision of outputs for key stakeholders and supported junior analysts onboarding.

Responsible for key data processes including client billing. • Stakeholder management: Developed operating model for data requests across multiple stakeholders, through regular contact, standardised process and data literacy to encourage self-serve. • Automation initiatives: Designed and created automated processes to replace manual and semi-automatic processes, e.g., automation and improvement of the partner commissions process which reduced cost and the risk of human errors.
