Working directly with business members from the Medical Compliance Office and Safety Risk Management to define systems and working with the IT team in Poland, Basel and San Francisco to deliver high quality solutions in a demanding environment. BA on a configurable task tracking and management tool. User base of around 100 local safety affiliates distributed across the global each with different local regulations overseen by a global monitoring team of 5 regional excellence leaders. Delivered using SCRUM methodology, on time, within budget and with high user acceptance level. BA on a Case Receipt System for affiliates based in Australia and USA in Pharmacovigilence. Taught Scrum methodology to the business team, introduced testing parties to encourage active sprint reviews, worked across time-zone dividing time between requirements management, stakeholder management as well as a challenging ambassador role. System successfully delivered efficiency improvements and extended to many other locations after go-live. Leading a team of 6 BAs working on 2 projects within the same program. Aiding and supporting new members of the team at the same time as defining the common approach to work and delivering on the organizations longer term strategic goals. Main responsibilities: Process modelling, requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, conflict resolution.
